My husband and I stayed at your hotel from March 27 – April 1, 2009 (Ron and Lisa Cyrier) we met you and your girlfriend our first night there at the pool bar. I included a picture of our “mascota” Dooley.

I just wanted to say thank you for an incredible 6 days at Arenal Nayara. Your hotel was perfect in every way. The rooms were first class all the way – we loved the views, beds, and showers. So clean, so comfortable. It was a great touch that the maid created “towel origami” for us every day. We always wondered what we would come home to every day.

The staff was also fabulous. They made us feel like we were at home, with family instead of away on vacation. Johnathan could not have been more friendly or helpful. We enjoyed our conversations with Jimmy at the pool bar too. What a great guy! We were sad to leave the hotel because of not only them, but your entire staff. By the 2nd day at breakfast they knew I preferred my coffee “media leche y media café”…just top notch service with attention to every detail.

We also had a massage while we were there…again, no complaints…except for it couldn’t go on forever. What a beautiful setting for a massage.

The breakfast buffet was perfect! Most hotels that offer breakfast only have fruits and bread. We appreciated the eggs and meats that were offered every day. The dinners were also perfect. Impeccable service as well as fabulous food – who could ask for more?

We will definitely recommend Nayara to all of our friends who are planning trips to Costa Rica and will stay with you everytime we are there.
