MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
All casitas allow up to 3 Adults per room or 2 Adults and 2 children under 12 yrs old.
Villas allow up to 4 Adults or 3 Adults and two children under 12 years.

EXTRA PERSON SURCHARGE
Additional surcharge of $35.00 plus tax per night, includes hot breakfast.

IMPORTANT NOTES
· Children under 12 sharing room with parents are free of charge including breakfast.
· Maximum occupancy in one - king bed room is 2 adults.
· Maximum occupancy in two - queen bed room is 3 adults.
