Policy

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
All casitas allow up to 3 Adults per room or 2 Adults and 2 children under 6 yrs old.
Villas allow up to 4 Adults or 3 Adults and two children under 6 years.

EXTRA PERSON SURCHARGE
Additional surcharge of $35.00 plus tax per night, includes hot breakfast.

IMPORTANT NOTES
· Children under 6 sharing room with parents are free of charge including breakfast.
· Maximum occupancy in one - king bed room is 2 adults.
· Maximum occupancy in two - queen bed room is 3 adults.

WEDDING POLICIES
· Maximum occupancy for a wedding in Nayara is 30 people.
· All guests must be staying at the hotel.
· The price varies with the exchange rate in Costa Rica.
· Weddings are not commissionable to travel agents.
· We require a deposit of 50% of the contract 60 days before the wedding date and 50%, 30 days before the wedding date.
· The limit for the wedding reception is until 10:00 pm.
